Good location close to train station, excellent room size and clean. LOVED the bread breakfast, so delicious and lots of options! So fresh and filling before the exploring the city. Added plus with complimentary drinks and ice cream.

We loved our stay at Hotel Relief! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was a close walk to stores, restaurants and atteactions, and the free bread breakfast was freshly baked. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall good stay. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Good price and spacious room for Japanese hotel standards. The breakfast was not that good though, would not recommend including in your stay. It was a bread bar only serving a couple options, small waffles you make yourself, and cereal which were limited qualities. There was unlimited fountain drinks and ice cream throughout the day and alcoholic mixtures you could make a couple hours at night.

The hotel is very warm and lovely. It has an ice cream buffet and a bread buffet in the morning. There's a Family Mart on the ground floor, and you can walk to the nearby Yasaka Shrine.

We enjoyed our stay even though it was just for one night. The only thing that we didn’t like was that it was right next to the highway so it was very loud sometimes, but it was bearable because we were so tired and went straight to sleep. Overall the place was clean and the free drinks and ice cream until 10PM was a great bonus!

We rented the Double Deluxe Bedroom and it was perfect. We had a spacious room where we could storage our luggage easily, a double bed (king or queen size), a small balcony, a nice bathroom separated from the WC, a kitchenette with refrigerator and a hotplate. The staff was really nice and welcoming. I recommand!
