Great stay! We had originally booked a different stay in Osaka that felt extremely unsafe when we arrived, so we took a chance and quickly booked a stay here instead. So relieved that when we got here we felt much safer! Everything was clean and the staff were very kind. Laundry machines were a huge help. So glad we came here!

The shower was leaking, shower takes forever to warm up the water, room smells weird. You can also hear people snoring from the room beside while in bed. It’s good for caveman’s but for people who want to actually rest, I would not recommend this hotel.

ドームでのイベントのため利用しました。 チェックイン前にスーツケース預かってもらえて助かりました。 客室は清潔ではありましたが 壁のヒビを養生テープでとめていたり 部屋の扉がオートロックじゃなかったり 古さ、安っぽさは否めなかったです。

最上階10階に泊まりましたが、壁の裏でカンカン大きな音がずっとしており全く寝れませんでした。看板？か何か金属物が風でずーっと当たっておりひどかった。今後、改善なければ泊まりません。
