The 194 sq.ft double room so roomy enough for couple with 2 carry on luggages + 1 checked luggage. Washroom was roomy (with a soaker tub + stand shower). Clean rooms, clean facilities. Easy to check/check out as well. Second time to a Hotel Gracery now, (first in Ginza and now in Osaka) both did not disappoint. We will more likely book again next time!

Clean and well equipped hotel near Namba station. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you might need. One thing to be aware of is that you have to use the lift to get to the reception and to the exit (which are on different floors) and there can be quite a wait for the lift sometimes as there aren't any stairs available for use.

It was our very first time to Japan. The staff was very helpful especially because we couldn't speak Japanese. It made the check in/check out process go smoothly. Hotel was near a lot of yummy restaurants and great shopping. Room was a great size for the 2 of us. We would stay here again.

The bathtubs were amazing after a long day . And the staff was incredibly helpful. The laundry room was okay the dryer wasn’t drying took about 2hrs to kinda dry clothes but other than that we loved it.

Our stay was good overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Although the room was a bit compact and smaller than we expected, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very close to Namba station making travel very easy. Place was cleaned. The breakfast was great. It was a good value overall. I went to myself and three kids in the room with three twin beds was great. Would highly recommend.

This hotel thought of every possible need. Everything in one location. From luggage and beverage storage, to the little complimentary items (tooth brush, toothpaste, shower caps, and a list of other items ). They even has a special welcome package for my son.

Located minutes from Namba station and an easy walk to Dotonbori Street, shopping mall and also Japan Kart. There is also a supermarket nearby. The room was a good size for Japan and the bathroom was very decent. Coffee machine, amenities and cold water near reception.

The staff that cleans our room is excellent! It feels home whenever we arrived in our hotel room as it was well cleaned and arranged. We also asked for extra towels everyday during our stay and they delivered it very fast. The room also bigger than tokyo room is.

Close enough to Namba station and both Family Mart and 7/11 very close by. Once you work out the location it’s easy to get close enough to the hotel underground in the summer heat. Close to all that Namba offers really. A modern, clean roo, and free coffee machine in the lobby. I didn’t have to use the laundry during this stay.
