This is a great place to stay in when visitng Osaka. Located incredibly close to the underground Namba station, you have a wide range of transport options, as well as places to eat and shop right outside your door. The staff are very kind and diligent and were very helpful. Highly reccomend this property.

The staff were super friendly, respectful, and polite. The location is top-tier! It was super close to Dotonbori, other markets, and shopping centers! Despite being close to where a lot of people go, the hotel ensured safety measures to make sure guests felt safe. Breakfast was good. The room had decent space too! Washroom was clean. At first, I was a bit put off when I entered the room because the red walls had some chalk-like residue on them and we saw handprints... it came off as dirty to me and made me feel uncomfortable. HOWEVER, the AC in the room was so necessary when taking breaks walking in the hot heat in Osaka that I quickly forgot about the chalk walls.
