We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. It was perfect 6-7 minute walk to the station and close to a family mart and dotonbori

I had to spend nearly 2000 yen on two loads of laundry. The rooms were not soundproofed as advertised. The pillows weren't great and the rooms were very small. Staff was good and extending stay an extra day was pretty easy. The location was great but loud at night

The staff were very courteous and helpful. We were very surprised how spacious our room with 2 twin beds as compare to APA hotel in Tokyo. Great location to subway stations, Dotonbori and Spa World. Highly recommend this hotel.

The description for the room states that there is a washer dryer in the room. That is not correct. There is a laundry ROOM on the 11th floor with 3 washers and 3 dryers. I specifically chose this hotel for a washer/dryer in the room. Also there is a microwave in the laundry room. It seemed a lot of people used the microwave to heat up their food. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. There is an electric kettle in the room that was useful to make coffee. My feedback about housekeeping is mixed. It's great that you can get a fresh set of towels every day, but they are the thinnest towels you can imagine. Towels are left on the door but not exchanged. Room clean is every other day. That was clearly stated at check in. However, it's the minimal of cleaning. I happened to drop something under the bed and used a flashlight to see. There was a thick layer of dust underneath. The hotel's location is amazing. There are shops and restaurants across the street. There's a Family Mart next door. Staff was understanding about our wanting the room to be cool. They kept adjusting the temperature for us. That's mostly because the remote in the room didn't do anything.

The hotel is literally inside Dotonbori, so the location is great and you can do everything nearby. The room is Japanese-style: not very big, but comfortable. My only concern is the bathroom, specifically the shower area. It really needs some bleach — it looks old and dirty, completely different from the rest of the room. The staff was really nice, very kind and helpful.

地點好,在鬧區. 樓下有全家.步行三分鐘就到地下街/地鐵的出入口.這次訂了兩間房,一間的走道比較窄,對開的28"行李箱無法全開,前掀式可以.另一間就沒這問題.浴廁分離很方便.櫃台接待人員很親切,可以行李寄放,整體還是很推薦入住.

Es una excelente opción si es tu primera vez en Osaka como fue mi caso, con una ubicación muy buena, además de la cercanía del tren y poder moverme a diferentes puntos desde ahí! El personal es súper amable y el hotel limpio y con buenas amenidades. Cuenta con una lavandería aunque pequeña pero muy funcional

お値段がとても安かったので選びました。 日本人には通じる話が海外のスタッフさんだと全く通じないことがありますがこちらのスタッフさんはカタコトの日本語ではありましたがとても心地の良い応対をして下さいました。 徒歩5分以内の範囲に飲み屋さんが沢山あって雰囲気もよくとても楽しく過ごせました。 宿泊したお部屋はシャワーのみだったのと洗面所、御手洗、脱衣所が一緒になっている仕様で日本人から見ると少し異様に見えましたが全体的には綺麗で良かったです。 また大阪旅行の際には利用させていただきます！
