The employees were all very nice and helpful. The hotel location is great. The washer/dryer unit did not work well but the employees were very quick to try to remedy the situation. The buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Extremely spacious with an amazing view of the city. Very clean and organized. Loved the 2 bathrooms and washer dryer amenities. Staff was very cordial and even kept luggage after you checkout, which gave us more time to explore. This was the perfect hotel for my kids and I and made the vacation much more smoother.

Our 2 twin beds studio was awesome, clean, spacious, big windows and the washer/dryer was quite helpful for us. The staff is friendly, they do clean the room but no towels change during the stay, which wasn’t a big deal for our 3 nights stop in Osaka.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, and they spoke english very well although I was insistent on practicing Japanese. This hotel seems very popular with foreigners, as there were… a lot of foreigners. Breakfast was delicious with many options, the room was quite spacious, and the TV options were surprising. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the area; close to the Namba station, Tennoji zoo, Den Den Town, Taito Station, etc. I would definitely stay at this location again for pure luxury and convenience

We stayed in a one bedroom for 6 nights. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Room is very clean and has air purifier. The most convenient thing is a new washer and dryer in the unit. There is a full kitchen too… The hotel is 4 minutes away from the subway station and walking distance to a lot of tourist sites. We love the hotel and will stay again if visiting Osaka next time.
