It’s very close to metro station, only 2 minutes walk to property. The apartment is clean, well equipped with amenities and a good sized room for 3 adults. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Well maintained self service hotel

A well maintained self service hotel. sufficient instruction for easy check-in. The staff would help when you have problem and message them even it’s a no staffed hotel. Good location, Close to everything.

This is an awesome facility. We are so spoiled with how much space of the hotel. Right next to the train station. Many restaurants around. Walkable distance to the zoo.

Generally well managed and fairly new building with responsive team you can reach via email. The rooms are very good sized (>300sf) and come with a usable kitchen and washer. The heated dehumidifier in the shower works great to dry clothes quickly. Nice balcony to get some fresh air. Subway station is just downstairs and you can walk to a nice grocery store, a fish market, and an elaborate collection of shops at Namba Station (about 10min). Will stay here again.

The place is small and tight. No communication or access to anyone for assistance during check in and stay. Housekeeping only shows up on the last day at check out. They waste no time to get you out. Difficulty in turning on the air conditioning and took a long time to cool down room. Felt suffocating until AC start working right. No instructions on using the AC and everything in Japanese. The door to the room was very every hard to open and air suction door and fire hazard. You will have to push very hard with all your strengths to open. It was a nightmare at the beginning until we figure out everything on our own. No one available to assist or call for help. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s listed as 4 stars hotel and and that is not accurate.

This hotel is priced so well, rooms are spacious with everything you need. Location is perfect for getting around Osaka and super close to heaps of restaurants, 7/11 and Lawson’s. Very close walk to Toshiba tower and markets around there. The street seems a little seedy and a bit grubby but we quickly learnt Osaka is all a little bit grubby in most places compared to what we saw in Tokyo or Kyoto. Washing machine and drying room worked perfectly overnight and clothes dry by morning. Train station is basically next door so we did so much less walking here because of that. Brilliant! Would recommend to stay here and we would happily come back next time we come to Osaka.

The pictures on the hotel booking were misleading. Thought I’d get a dining table set but it ended up a tea table with two tiny baby chairs. The bathroom light were flickering since the beginning of our stay and we didn’t get it fixed since we were out during daylight. There’s a mirror right in front of the shower head which means you are watching yourself showering which makes suspicious if there’s hidden cameras behind. Theres no mirror outside of the bathroom. Also, there’s no towel bar or clothing hooks in the bathroom which makes very inconvenient after shower. Because of this, we have to use all the dry towels and so I requested for towels but it took a day to come. I hope they can improve these small things to make the stay better. Have a washer and heater to dry clothes makes is a plus here.

Almost perfect hotel with generous setup

Great: The hotel location is great, 2-3 doors away from the Ebisucho train station entrance. Secure front entrance with locked luggage storage downstairs. Generous self-service replenishment for consumables such as toothbrushes, detergent, slippers, etc. (hopefully this doesn't get abused by greedy customers). Great communications with QR code and online form clearly displayed in the room, quick responses to our requests for towel replacement and rubbsih collection. Shower room that doubles as a laundry drying room is a godsend, plus there is a balcony to hang clothes and simple top loader washing machine. Clean and quiet hotel. Perfect setup for a multi-day stay. This was the best hotel for our family trip to Japan ! Not so great: The Family Twin Room is marked as for 6 people, but it was tight for our group of 5, with the sofa turned into a bed there was no seating area nor seats left.

第一次選擇公寓式酒店，原先有點擔心，但入住後一整個大滿意！ 地點：惠美須站1B出口，有電梯 ，出一樓後右轉，還來不及反應，飯店就到了，真的超方便；附近有薩利亞、sukiya、玉出超市等⋯⋯。到通天閣和唐吉柯德，也在步行可達的距離。 房間：乾淨舒適空間大，還有洗衣機，浴室還有乾燥功能，衣服以後很快就乾了。 聯絡人員都能即時回覆訊息，非常盡責，真的是間寶藏飯店。

1. convenient located next to metro 2. clean and room adequate though was a squeeze for 5 adults especially the twin beds as too small 3. useful that it provided washing machine and dryer 4 amenities was provided eg tissue paper, washing capsules etc 5. checking in and out smooth and place to leave luggages

Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. For people who are sensitive to noise, better mentioning your specific request. Will be happy to try those three quiet rooms next time.
