The room is comfortable for a family visiting Osaka. It is not far from the metro station. The check in was smooth no hassle even though there is no front desk. You can cook inside as everything you need is there. Family Mart is just nearby to buy convenience. I highly recommend ESLEAD Hotel in Namba Ebisu West for those who want to visit Osaka.

Great location for waking to Dotonbori and Namba Parks and for rail connections. Apartment was well equip and clean, has umbrellas guests can use and electric scooters to hire on site. Option to store luggage on check out. Staff quick to respond to any questions. Perfect base for exploring Osaka. Only thing missing for our family was a toaster for bread. Otherwise couldn’t fault it thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. Would recommend.

Checking in/out was smooth, I haven’t tried a self service option before and it was great. The room was clean and spacious - what the photos showed us. I love the take as you need for toiletries, and the umbrella stand use. We also love how there was many train stations near by. I would recommend this to my family, and friends. It's the perfect price for its spacious size for a single family. Love that the whole process (check in and out) was seamless and easy with digital entries to the hotel entrance and room. Helps to not need to hold around a hotel key card. They even made sure to provide supplies for us out the door without asking! It's in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with Shinsekai, mall, Dotonbori, zoo, Namba Park, etc. close by. It was easy getting around. If you're able to take the time to walk 15-30 minutes then train or subway is not necessary. Love the kitchenette and 2 double bed with sofa bed option. The fridge and washing machine was great too! Fridge was bigger than most hotels! It was so convenient to be able to wash your clothes. Highly recommend and would be a returning customer!

The location isn’t the greatest. About 8-10 minute walk to nearest stations but it’s reasonable for price. The room itself was fine with kitchen and washer dryer which are must haves. It’s otherwise bare bones but that’s what you expect for budget hotel like this. We had issues with wifi disconnecting all the time and we had to keep resetting the router. Also the front door code kept not working. We came back one night and there was one family who couldn’t get in. Had to call the hotel staff to drive over to fix it and they couldn’t fix it til the next morning. Caution for travelers who don’t have a Japanese phone or only a data plan.

This property served our family well for a 5 day stay in Osaka. The neighbourhood is slightly sketchy by Japanese standards but safe by any other country's. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, particularly Hana Izakaya and Shinsekai is just a 10 minute walk for excellent kushikatsu, ramen and takoyaki. Tamade Supermarket was very handy. The room was clean and spacious enough for 5 of us to move around comfortably. Plenty of transport options nearby to get to Dotonburi and Universal easily.

Room - ad pictures looked bigger. Room was basic. Big safety concern is that the room's door lock is all digital both in coming in and going out. Coming in is ok but going out should be a breeze and not have to digitally unlock it specially in an emergency. Location - close to Dotonbori, around 3 train stops. Need to walk 10 to 15 mins to the train station. For some this should be fine but if you will do a lot of walking daily, the walk back would be an added effort. Staff - none, self check-in. Easy. Price - ok
