It was extremely clean, beds are very comfortable, nice kitchen with utensils and plates, and the best place we have stayed so far. The laundry machine was easy to use and the balcony is nice to dry your clothes in the summer. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting the Namba area.

We had a wonderful stay at MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi! The location was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and perfect for our family. The laundry room was very clean and very helpful, especially when traveling with kids. My children loved staying here so much and felt very comfortable, almost like being at home. Everything was clean, convenient, and family-friendly. Thank you for making our Japan trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The apartment is spacious. We had little problem with the washer. The staff responded immediately and fixed it right away. It would be nice if the check in lobby has air conditioning or a super fan. It was a very hot day and sweaty while checking in. Location is great, very close to Kuromon and shopping areas. I will stay again next time I visit Osaka.

The hotel was so homey .We traveled with our children and they all enjoy it. They took care of every little detail and everything we needed was there. They provide enough good quality towels for everyone. They even give have a tooth brush and tooth paste to every family member. Our room had a washer and dryer and they even provided the laundry detergent. We forgot our credit card on the counter ant the self check in and they locate us and return it to us. We are very happy. Thank you very much to the hotel staff.

Great place for the value. Each unit comes with a full kitchen and dining area. Close to Kuramon Market and Dotonbori. Limited staff on site but customer service via WhatsApp was quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Location is near the Kumoron Market, but a bit of walk to Dotonbori and Namba. There are a lot of dining option. And also a lot of people walking around and conatruction in the area. Our only complain was the toilet when not in use has a foul smell. Other than that everything is good.

The room was large enough for a family of 3 plus 3 huge suitcases and 2 hand luggage. The dining table is big enough to fit 6 to 8 people comfortably. I liked that the wardrobe space was big enough to hang our clothing and so we could close our suitcases. The toilet and bathroom is separated which is good and there is a washing machine and dryer which dries the clothes fast. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great accommodation within 5min walk to Kurumon markets and 12min to Dotonbori.
