Cleaning was a major let down, there were stains on various walls and you can tell they are stains and were never cleaned. We stayed for 4 days and the table wasn't cleaned once. We were not informed that if pyjamas/clothes were left on the bed, the bed wouldn't be made.

Nice rooms, decent amenities ... but no concierge service and service staff not very helpful... assuming they even know the information. For those of you coming from the airport... note that you need to go to Saksaisuji-Honmachi station ... not Honmachi station (it's a one stop after train change at Honmachi station) ... or else you will drag your luggage 700m which is not as near as it sounds. And if you have luggage, the entrance/exit you are looking for is the one outside the Sukiya which has an elevator.This is across the street from the hotel .
