Good hotel for the price

Our stay was nice. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Our only complaint was that it was very warm in the room. After asking the front desk, they did give us permission to open our window a little which made the room temperature very pleasant.

Nice stay in Osaka

It is good to have breakfast buffet provided. The location is good because it is near to shinsaibashi where there are various shops to dine and shop. The staff of the hotel is helpful and polite.

Not a comfortable room. Bathroom was so high of the regular floor and was tiny. Poor lighting no lamps wouldn’t recommend. If you just need to sleep and have a place for a bag is okay.

Being first time to Osaka and able to find the hotel with ease after alighted at Namba station. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the shopping area and subway.. with the complimentary breakfast everyday , it help to save a meal in the trip, the only con is the bed and pillow... is too soft and the toilet really small.. i will still opt for this hotel for my next trip.

Love the free breakfasts and huge seating area. Large hotel room window that opens alot, very amazing staff who are very professional and kind. Good amount of washing machine and dryers and cheap. The rooms bathroom would smell if the fan wasnt kept on while I was out.
