We booked two rooms and both rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel is perfect for us, it is near Namba park, quiet, safe but still within walking distance to transportation. There are many shoppings, cafes and dining options around the areas. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Osaka in the future. This is one of the best hotel we've experienced, throughout the check-in process the staff at the reception is warm and helpful, the whole process is simple and quick. The room is spacious and clean, noise isolation is excellent. We need a transportation service to the nearby station after check-out, the staffs, again is very helpful. We will definitely stay at Centara again next time when visiting Osaka.

We enjoyed two weeks and 5 hotel stays in Japan. Our corner hotel room was large with the perfect layout. Wonderful customer service, clean hotel, delicious buffet with so much variety and the location was excellent too!
