Such a great hotel! Many amenities to enjoy and I really recommend the spa. Breakfast was top tier! Everything was enjoyable. My favorite part was our room. The view was amazing and the staff was always so helpful. They also have a coin laundry. We made sure to use EVERYTHING to our convenience. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful stay! We will be back again.

I loved this hotel. The pajamas were amazing, and I looked online to see if I could buy them because I wanted to keep them, but I didn't find any info. The property is extremely beautiful and modern, and visually, it was a WOW! The hotel room was also a WOW! Hirakata was an ok town, but we were there to visit our son, and the location worked out well because it was maybe a 20 minute walk to his university, AND we were really close to the train station...which made it super easy to hop on a train and go to Kyoto or Osaka. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Kansai region. It was lovely!

Unique onsen experience with stunning view

Great stay overall. New hotel with stunning landscape. The rooftop onsen is amazing, strongly recommend to go. Hotel locates right on top of a new mall, various shops and restaurants around. Very convinience. Just one thing about the cleaniness of the house keeping which i concerned. There are 2 options for room keeping service: 1. Simple cleaning, 2. Full Cleaning. I feel quite upset that no matter which options I chose, the glasses nor the cups did not clean or change for me. The coffee stain on the cups stayed for 3 days. I suggest that the hotel should clean the cups even for simple clean option. Bedding is comfortable, however, it would be great if the curtain lengh can fit the window. I think the length is a bit short that the light shine brightly through the gap no matter how I adjust.

駅直結ビルの上層階のホテルなので利便性がかなり高いと思います。 駐車場は提携しているところはないため、実費が土日でしたので¥6000-弱かかりました。 ホテル代は高級感があるのに周辺と比べて安く助かりました。 家族で宿泊しましたが、ガラス張りのお風呂は子供がはしゃいでYouTubeを見ながら入ることができ良かったです。 大人は最上階26階のSPAを無料で利用できるので、ゆっくりバスタイムを楽しめました。 営業時間も夜中空いておりチェックアウト11時まで入れます。男湯・女湯それぞれ違うカラーのルームキーが必要です。 追加のベッドは窓側のカウチソファに自分で布団を敷くことになります。スタッフの方が敷いてくれるものだと思っていたので、びっくりしました。 カップル利用も家族利用も良いホテルだと思います。 子供用の歯ブラシとスリッパの用意があります。 大人用のアメニティは最低限のものしかありません。（ひげ剃り、ひげ剃りクリーム、コットン、綿棒、ヘアコーム）シャワーキャップはどこにもないので自分で持っていかなくてはなりません。 総合して、満足！また宿泊したいです。
