1.ウオッシュレット　水の音がするが出てこない、洗浄できなかった。 2.部屋の担当からのメモに、ご要望等ご意見を、と書いてあったが筆記具が無かった。 3.朝食無料と出ていたが場所が判らなかった。つまりホテル内のレイアウト等の図が示されていなかった。 4.非常口の案内なども無かった。 5.洗面所　高い温度のお湯が出てきて快適にシャワーが利用できた。

万博と京セラドームのコンサートへのアクセスが良くて、連泊しました。朝食付きでコスパ最高。万博帰りにチェックインがかなり遅くなり、連絡しまたところ、とても親切な接客で安心しました。また、宿泊したいと思います。

立地もよく料金も安く文句を言ってはいけないのは理解してますが、部屋が変な匂いがし、電気をつけても部屋が薄暗過ぎて快適とは言えませんでした。覗いた訳ではないですが、同じフロアの部屋が清掃中でドアが開いていて見えたのですが、かなり明るく、余計に気分が滅入ってしまいました。フロントスタッフ、清掃スタッフは親切でよかったです。
