Dated apartment building . No on-site staff so even with quick communication, problems take quite a bit of time to be solved. Our AC did not work so we had to suffer the first night with the heat until the next afternoon.

思ってたより全然良かった！

部屋はとても綺麗にされていて、快適に過ごせました。 事前に確認していなかった自分も悪いですが、エントランスに入る番号などのメールが届いておらず、一瞬焦りました。 ですが、電話ですぐに対応してもらえて、すぐにチェックインできたので、難を逃れたので事なきを得ました。 家族で何泊かの旅行となると、部屋で洗濯できるのはとても助かります。 行き当たりばったりの旅程でしたが、繁華街からも近く、大阪を満喫できた旅行になりました。

A go place to stay in your visit to Osaka

Was an easy to get in, perfect place to rest and visit de Namba and eat all Osaka products. Just 1 station from dotonbori and 5 minutes waking from Tsutenkaku

The hotel was incredible, easy process to check in after a late flight at 11pm Room was spacious, clean and plenty of comfort for a family of 4… would come back here Also super close to the subway station and local sights

Stayed for 7 days, quiet, lots of restaurants in the area. Live like a local area kind a thing. Close to a local metro. Place accommodated 5 adults, one being in a sofa bed. I like how a small room has efficient lightings and functional areas that you can use as shelves, stools and small table for the kitchen. A good place. My only thing, an offer to clean the room in between the stay if one stays longer would be nice. Or, provide a vacuum that works and cleaning materials.

It was located in a nice neighborhood close to plenty of convenient stores and late night food places. Also not a bad walk to all the tourist places in Osaka. Would definitely recommend if staying in Osaka for a few days.

The Property has excellent space for a family of 4. The Bed is also comfy to sleep in. Bathroom, Shower are also clean. I love that the Toilet and shower are separate. I also love that they have a mini Kitchen. And an elevator!
