As a budget hotel, I did not expect this one could be this good, it went beyond and above my expectation. Staffs are all very nice and polite, places are clean, room services are on par. It is located in a residential area, you can see everyday lifes of local Japanese people, it is close to subway station, 7-11, shops, restaurants ... etc. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again next time I visit Osaka.
