The room was clean but quite small. It was a great location with easy walk to doutonbori and the station. The only thing is that the beds are very close to each other so I wish it was a little bigger.

Everything was great once we got inside but this property is like Fort Knox - it’s very difficult as there are no clear instructions to get to the room for English speaking guests. Also check in and check out times are limited.

This hotel is pretty close to Nippombashi station. Convenience stores are close by. Yamato luggage services is also a short walk away. There is no reception in this hotel. The check-in process was a bit tedious, as you have to enter the code they send once you arrive at the property for the doors to open. They sent me a link, but I wasn’t able to open the link on my phone in advance so I had to scan the QR code once I arrived. We also noticed only one elevator but we never waited too long for it. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything else. The room was spacious for Japanese standards, had a mini-kitchen with a huge fridge, a microwave, stove, and washing machine. I just wished their washing machine had a dryer function but it didn’t so our clothes still were damp, and I had to hang them to dry. There is a laundromat close by. The Dotonbori Glico sign is a 9-minute walk away. We kind of liked that we were away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori, as it becomes so crowded at night. There is also a big grocery store nearby, and lots of pharmacies around the area. Will definitely stay here again if we come and visit Osaka again. We would love to stay here again, if we get a chance to visit Osaka again.

Very nice spacious room for a family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. The area is so close to Dotonbori and Namba area. Just minutes walk. Easy check in and check out. What I had a problem is understanding the right address. It’s not showing in Apple Maps, only on Google Maps. Emailed address was also different from the address showing up in google. But google map was helpful. All in all, we have no other complaints. We had the best stay! We’ll definitely stay here again.
