It was a very nice hotel, very nice and clean room, with enough space, also we were confuse at first with checking in, our fault for not checking message sent by staff, they kind enough to find us a the second floor to help us figure out how to check in. Amazing stay, no complaints!

Very nice spacious room for a family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. The area is so close to Dotonbori and Namba area. Just minutes walk. Easy check in and check out. What I had a problem is understanding the right address. It’s not showing in Apple Maps, only on Google Maps. Emailed address was also different from the address showing up in google. But google map was helpful. All in all, we have no other complaints. We had the best stay! We’ll definitely stay here again.

Nice, new but basic apartment style hotel. Great location but apartment is under equipped. It lacks all the basic things you need to make an apartment hotel stay worthwhile. No hooks to hang anything, a single rail for drying things no dryer. Very basic kitchen amenities with main things you need for cooking missing. Very little storage. We would have been better in a hotel room. It’s a super basic clean and comfortable room but it’s missing all of the little things that make these style of apart-hotels work.

Had a little issue with the self check in. The instruction on the screen at the front door to get into the lobby was to press pin number than calling. It didn't work, so we couldn't leave the luggage at the lobby and ended to store them at a small business next door ... A dodgy place rates 18 above and also store luggage as business. It was a bit of experience for myself and my teenage daughter. Not until later on, we realised we should press calling first then the pin number. However, overall stay was very nice, specious room, clean, comfortable and handy location.

This hotel is pretty close to Nippombashi station. Convenience stores are close by. Yamato luggage services is also a short walk away. There is no reception in this hotel. The check-in process was a bit tedious, as you have to enter the code they send once you arrive at the property for the doors to open. They sent me a link, but I wasn’t able to open the link on my phone in advance so I had to scan the QR code once I arrived. We also noticed only one elevator but we never waited too long for it. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything else. The room was spacious for Japanese standards, had a mini-kitchen with a huge fridge, a microwave, stove, and washing machine. I just wished their washing machine had a dryer function but it didn’t so our clothes still were damp, and I had to hang them to dry. There is a laundromat close by. The Dotonbori Glico sign is a 9-minute walk away. We kind of liked that we were away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori, as it becomes so crowded at night. There is also a big grocery store nearby, and lots of pharmacies around the area. Will definitely stay here again if we come and visit Osaka again. We would love to stay here again, if we get a chance to visit Osaka again.

Clean room its more of an apartment compared to an actual hotel setting which means you will miss your room being cleaned daily if that is your preference and no options for extra pillows or linen change for example. Toiletries are provided though and they do not have a reception front desk you have to manage your own entry which is very easy anyway. The hotel is conveniently located near a train station so that was really excellent and 7 mins walk to dotonbori and about 10 to namba
