We stayed for five nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very new, with modern and stylish décor. The bathroom, shower, and sink areas are separated, which was especially convenient for our family traveling with children. Our room faced away from the street, so it was very quiet. The location is also very convenient—you can easily walk to the hotel from Osaka Station, or take an Uber. There is a convenience store and a bus stop right downstairs, making it very easy to get around Umeda. For Shinsaibashi, we just needed to walk one stop to catch the subway. The hotel also has a fitness room, and the restaurant downstairs serves a breakfast buffet as well as burgers, all of which were quite good. There are also many restaurants nearby that are both affordable and delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I ended up being sick the moment I check-in, but the room was amazing, and the staff was very sweet, I appreciated the amenties, and the laundry room was a major plus for me, I wish I got to do more in osaka but the cold there kept me hitting me hard.
