Nice business hotel in Tennoji area of Osaka. The rooms are a bit small if you have a suitcase with you that you need to unpack. Rooms are clean and have most amenities required. Train station is close by, but awkward to get to with suitcases.

Staff was extremely helpful and provided great service. Didn’t realize the hotel was right next to the train tracks, so it was quite loud when trying to rest at night. We left the window open to let in cool air as the heater was too warm for our liking. Overall an affordable and decent stay to say the least.

場所的には最高の立地である。 天王寺駅まで徒歩2、3分で、近くには 通天閣 や あべのハルカスが目の前にあり レストランも多数ある。ただ ホテルクラークの一部の方が対応が悪かった。なぜかお願いをした カウンターの人が忙しかったらしく 他のクラークにその仕事を雑に頼み、それについて謝罪されたが本人は全く反省している様子はなかった。　朝食は普通だがスープの飲み口に何かのカスがついていたのが気になった。一番問題なのが 誰かが入ってきてもカウンターで対応していたら、おかえりなさいの 一言もなかったこと。
