This was my 3rd timing staying at this hotel. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is always very clean. The location is amazing and is a short walk from public transportation (buses and subway). Very convenient!!

Convenient location near the train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Hotel has a lot of amenities and appears to be fairly clean. Rooms are fairly small as is fairly normal for Japan....so a bit tight if you need to unpack your suitcase. Staff are friendly and check in is quick and efficient.

They set all the rooms to heater so no matter what you can’t cool the room down or change it. I sweated through the whole night having to open the window up just to hear the trains at the train station across the street. Please avoid. The staff couldn’t help.
