The stay was not bad. But you had to make sure you pushed on our door to make sure that it locked. We had trouble getting back in our room with the key and their breakfast is a cold breakfast. so you can have toast or you could have donuts the day we were there. There was a little bit of orange juice left. There was coffee or milk. The staff was very friendly, but it just needs to be updated.

It was advertised as inside pool and hot tub neither of which were open. The breakfast was toast or oatmeal. Had to call the desk and ask for toilet paper. No telephone in the room one blanket on each bed no bedspreads. Primary reason for picking that hotel was because of the hot tub. They advertise to watch the snow fall, but the lady at the desk said they were closed from December until April that is not in their website nor was it on their Facebook page. microwave did not work.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room. Those just seem to be standard at any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The doorknob to the room was so loose it could have easily fallen off. The water was off for several hours, unsure how long exactly because we just went to bed. It was on by morning thankfully. It took the AC a good 2-3 hours to cool down and it wasn’t even as hot out as it has been recently.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. My overall rating is 4.7 The first of three things I would suggest, is that you defrost the mini fridge. It was difficult to place items in the freezer portion due to the large amount of ice build up. The second is that the WiFi signal was only one bar, so see what you can do to enhance that. Third issue was curtains need work. Old and worn out. All easy fixes I would think. Still very good overall experience. I was there 1 day for work, and it served my needs well.
