We didn’t stay there after we saw the condition of one room and the only other one was upstairs. No elevator and they didn’t offer to carry the bags for us. Pool was out of order also! Would never call to stay there again.

I travel alot and stay in hotel 75 plus nights a year and this was by far the worst place I have stayed in a long time. With that being said i did not have a any other options available. This room was over $150 and was more like a $50 room pool was a dry open hole trash all over the place shower was dirty and all but one towel looked like they where never bleached. I would not recommend this place just keep driving.

The front desk found a way to get us a first floor room because my mother is handicap and not able to use stairs. *No Elevator* Our room smelled like mold and had cobwebs in every corner. It also did not have a fridge. * It was sitting outside the room broken* I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. I really thought highly of the man for helping us out, so I did not complain.

The staff was anything but helpful, and rude during any interactions. The shower had no pressure and when I asked the front desk about it, the attendant said he had turned it off and would not give an explanation for why. There were bugs in the shower when we arrived, and the room smelled like mold. Overall experience was terrible and I do not recommend that anyone stay here.

We stayed at Osage Village Inn from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25 for a vacation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the pool shown on the website, only to find out it was closed and apparently not planned to reopen anytime soon due to maintenance issues. This should absolutely be disclosed before booking. The customer service was also poor. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed anytime we needed assistance. Even asking for extra towels felt like an inconvenience to him. The room itself was not clean and had a bad smell. The wallpaper was falling off, the trim around the jet tub was missing, there was a hole in the wall, and the toilet was stained and looked dirty. On top of that, the water pressure was terrible and barely worked. Overall, this stay did not match what was advertised online, and we were very disappointed with both the condition of the property and the customer service.

The carpet in our room had a large stain and I believe it could use a deep cleaning. There was only one washcloth in the room when we checked in and I requested four more and only got one. The pool didn’t have any water in it, however, we weren’t planning on using it due to the weather. The Wi-Fi was less than ideal as I switched my phone back to 5G and had better access. All in all I would give them a 2.5 out of 5.

We had a terrible visit, I had never been so mad. We left a day early and asked for refund. Reason: NO HOT WATER. Refrigerator not working properly. Internet kept going out interrupting electronic use and the tv programs. Refrigerator stopped working after we got it cooling. Only had 2 towels 1 hand towel. No wash clothes and we were staying a couple nights. And the refrigerator was full of water. I had nothing to use to wipe it out. After dinner went to shower no hot water. Clerk came up ran water said he would call plumber and let us know. We were never contacted. Decided we would get some sleep figuring hot water would be working in the morning. NOPE! I called and the clerk said he knew nothing about it and will check and walked away. I didn’t know what that meant. I went to room to see if he went there after disappearing from desk. I stormed to registration. The clerk said we should have hot water soon he turned it on. ? What the heck did that mean? Why weren’t we contacted be night clerk AND why couldn’t he “turn it on”. The other problem I had was they gave no apology, no offering another room, and no we will credit you that night. Nothing!!! It was Expedia that got something done. We packed up and left. Expedia was able to get us a full refund. The pictures are not current pictures. Very run down. Room didn’t seem to be vacuumed and bathroom swept. I do not and will not recommend this place to stay.

The room was not clean. No microwave in the room as described. The pool was not open per advertisement, nor was the outlet mall that was within walking distance. Only six stores,maybe, opened in the whole mall. The wallpaper in several spots was hanging off the wall. There was a big hole in the wall behind the door where the door knob had went through. The tub and shower were dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty looking. The caulk around the Jacuzzi tub was gaping and the Jacuzzi tub shot black stuff out of the Jets when I turned it on eventually did clear out. It also leaked at the Spicket, causing water to run down onto the carpet. There was food against the wall that had not been vacuumed. We had to ask for towels as soon as we went in as there was only one big towel, a washcloth and one hand towel and two of us. No extra toilet paper no tissues. Had to ask for those. The breakfast wasn’t bad. It consisted of cereal, pancakes, bananas, yogurt, milk, mango juice and coffee. Parking was good n well lit.

1st room we had the AC didn’t work, it was dirty (shrimp tails left on the floor from previous people, bathroom dirty, floors not clean in general) the remote for 1 tv didn’t work and the 2nd tv didn’t work at all. Management moved us to another room that had AC working. Cool, bathroom was nasty, floors were dirty, neither TV worked, only had a half roll of toilet paper(ran out of that and borrowed a roll from my brothers room) at least the sheets were clean I guess. Would not recommend staying here.

This motels saving grace is the staff’s friendliness and room price. Before I start I will say that the bed sheets appeared clean. The pillows were comfortable & the bed was better than most. However if the other rooms are like room 115 then bring your cleaning supplies. This room needs serious tlc and a deep clean. The wall paper is peeling severely. There was specks of feces on the toilet. The bathroom floor corners were black with dirt. Table top was sticky. After i cleaned with Clorox wipes it is clear to see that the basics to rent the room out are being done like changing sheets, stocking with soaps and towels but cleaning is apparently just being done visually. Meaning housekeeping must be looking at the table, toilet, coffee tray, etc and visually saying “well looks good from here no need to actually physically clean it. You add that to the peeling wall paper, the toilet that rocks side to side and the lack of updates; this room is closely teetering on being classified as a sh*t hole. I truly hope this is not how the majority of the other rooms are. If cleanliness was made a priority and minor updates were made this could be a much better rated motel. Right now it’s just good for a low cost overnight fishing trip but you supply the clean.
