We had a lovely stay at Altarocca Resort. Upon arrival I knew we would be happy there, the grounds and buildings are beautiful and luxurious. Our room was stunning, with a great view and luxe accommodations. Best of all, the staff was amazing, so kind, courteous and helpful. We are looking forward to returning someday, hopefully soon!

True Tuscany Experience

Amazing location in the hills above Orvieto. A beautiful resort with stunning scenery. Quiet and relaxing. Very comfortable rooms and the breakfast was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Only a 10 minute drive to Orvieto which is an incredible Tuscan hill town.

Lovely stay

Spent one lovely night at the hotel. The receptionists were kind enough to arrange for a taxi to/from the town of Orvieto, as I was traveling solo without a car. The restaurant was a lovely, and the included breakfast was a nice start to the day.

This propery has beautiful views of the countryside. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The food options were tasty. A relaxing stay! Arriving from the train station , I would recommend having a cell phone to call a taxi.

The property is just outside the ancient hilltop town of Orvieto in Umbria and is surrounded by vineyards. The rooms were beautifully decorated with stunning patio views and the most comfortable beds of our trip! We also had an outstanding dinner at their restaurant - Invinum Gourmet - for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
