Every staff is so wonderfully, friendly and helpful!! The daily breakfast and 4 courses dinner is totally amazing, the very best I have see compared to any other hotel that I stayed before. I will certainly come back over and over again!

Excellent stay

A very well-managed hotel. We stayed 3 nights recently on a week long trip in the Dolomites and this was hands down our favourite stay. The food is delicious, the menu is thoughtful and extremely well priced. Staff (from the restaurant to front desk to shuttle driver) is not just friendly but accommodating and helpful. Rooms are clean, cosy and functional. Views are stunning as well. Highly recommend all across the board

Sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel in wunderbar ruhiger Umgebung. Frühstücksbuffett mit toller Auswahl und auch die Halbpension kann sich sehen lassen. Saisonale und lokale Gerichte. Alles mehrsprachig. Toller Saunabereich und viele schwimmgelegenheiten. Wer einen Transfer ins Zentrum von Ortisei oder zur Seiser Alm benötigt bekommt diesen gratis vom Hotel. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, in dem ich voll entspannen konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, aber das ist absolut kein Problem, Dank einem super Hoteltransfer! Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und lädt zum entspannen ein! Das Abendessen ist gut, aber nichts besonderes. das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Das ganze Haus ist wunderschön und hat einen tollen Blick. Die Wellnessanlage ist sehr schön und man schaut genau auf St. Ulrich herunter. Schade, dass der Sauna Bereich erst ab 15.30 Uhr aufmacht, ist bei gutem Wetter aber nicht allzu schlimm. Der Hotel Shuttle bringt einen jederzeit und stets schnell ins Ortszentrum und bei Anruf wird Man wieder abgeholt. Generell war das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht!
