“Excellent kitchen and staff, very nice and lowkey, very low water pressure, bed was too firm, should change up breakfast menu a bit, low water quality”

“I had a terrible experience, I wasn’t checked in. I was told to contact Expedia because they are yet to get a confirmation email from Expedia.
This was 10pm at night.
I showed my receipt, my confirmation number, my itinerary number, I logged into Expedia in their presence to show all the details.
The General manager said I should do another booking and pay in their presence to be sure I booked.
I eventually left the hotel looking for another hotel very late at night in Nigeria.
Be warned about...
