First room stank like dog urine, we were thankfully transferred to a different room. Staff was helpful. My friend and I are disabled and have medical alert dogs with us. There was an aggressive pet in the lobby that was loose and tried to attack my service dog. Staff didn't intervene or handle the situation. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable.
