Wir sind das erste Mal auf Sardinien und haben uns schon unglaublich gefreut. Wir haben unser Zimmer bezogen. Durch die Bilder im Internet wussten wir, dass die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Für den Preis war das für uns jedoch kein Problem. Die Anlage selbst sieht gepflegt aus. Das größere Problem ist, dass die Einrichtung teilweise schon auseinander fällt. So ist ein Schalter im Badezimmer fast aus der Wand gefallen. Zusätzlich sind die Wandlampen locker. Es war nur auf den ersten Blick sauber. Hinter der Toilette waren Haare vom Vorgänger. Deutlich schlimmer jedoch, dass die Toilette extrem stark stinkt. Wenn man die Fenster zu hat riecht das ganze Zimmer nach Kanalisation. Dann muss erstmal jedes Fenster aufgerissen werden. Das jedoch mit Abstand schlimmste ist jedoch die Lautstärke draußen am Pool. Hier läuft ab 15 Uhr so laut Musik in Dauerbeschallung, dass es selbst durch 2 geschlossene Fenster noch so laut ist, dass man nicht schlafen kann. Gefühlt wird es von Stunde zu Stunde lauter. Erst kurz vor Mitternacht ist dann endlich Ruhe und man kriegt die Augen zu. Jedoch kann man sich nicht lange entspannen. Morgen kurz nach 7 gehen unter der Zimmer die Maschinen los. Wahrscheinlich die Poolpumpe oder etwas in der Art. Wir sind froh über jede Minute, die wir nicht in dem Resort verbringen müssen. Gebucht haben wir 4 Tage. Danach geht es in ein anderes Hotel. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Urlaub von diesem Hotel.

Indtjekning gik fint men allerede morgenen efter blev vi vækket tidligt af en defekt og meget larmende vandvarmer. Selvom vi prøvede at slukke den og trække stikket ud, larmede den morgen og aften. Vi klagede til personalet hver dag, men først på 4. dagen blev problemet løst. Herudover var hotellejligheden dårligt udstyret, vi måtte købe en lighter for at kunne tænde komfuret (det klagede vi også over på førstedagen) og ingen rengøring hele ugen. Poolområde og cafe var godt og stranden var rigtig dejlig. Hele resortområde virkede dog slidt og med udbredt kloaklugt 24/7😳

No regreso!

El lugar está muy lindo, pero llegamos con todo pagado y nos cobraron por día y por persona por pasar a la habitación (24 Euros!). Eran obligatorios para entrar por que dicen que no es un hotel sino una villa y que 24 Euros es muy poquito, así que finalmente no tuvimos opción si queríamos dormir. El check out es a las 10 am (horrible) y aclaran que no hay un minuto de tolerancia. El check in es hasta las 16:00 (horrible) y tardan casi una hora en hacerlo. El servicio es estresado y malísimo, y se quedaron con nuestros pasaportes todo el tiempo (creo que eso es incluso ilegal). El hotel desperdicia agua y no le importa la ecología, eso si, las vistas son increíbles!

villaggio isolato

Siamo arrivati e ci hanno messo un bracciale senza spiegarci a cosa ci dava diritto, non ci hanno dato indicazioni sull'animazione, ci hanno dato una piantina per poter accedere all'alloggio destinato. L'alloggio è composto da un'unica stanza in cui devi cucinare e dormire. Inoltre devi sempre usare la macchina per poter fare shopping, per andare al mare.

Facilities poor unless you go full board. Pool towels not included and cost 70 euros for 2 people for 2 weeks to hire! Beach facilities only for full boarders. Could be a great place with a few minor changes.

Beware resort foes not offer free breakfasts!

Had initial problems with being allocated a smaller apartment than booked and no breakfast. Differences between resort offer and online booking details. Resort attractive with flowers and shade along walkways. Good pool, beach has free sunbeds but is a steep 10 minute walk downhill. 10 km drive to nearest town. Simple decor and furnishings typically hard beds but overall clean and well kept.

Molte luci ed una sola ombra

Il villaggio si è rivelato conforme alle aspettative, vale a dire una struttura pulita, accogliente e vicina a numerose spiagge nei pressi di Orosei. In particolar modo ho molto apprezzato le unità abitative, tutte indipendenti, circondate da gradevoli aiuole fiorite. Da segnalare anche il programma serale curato dagli animatori. L'unica ombra è purtroppo stata rappresentata dall'addebito di una commissione per servizi non specificata all'atto della prenotazione tramite il sito expedia (nella mail di conferma era specificato che il costo indicato era comprensivo di tutti i costi comunicati dalla struttura); l'unica giustificazione ricevuta dal personale della reception è stata quella che come me si erano già lamentati altri utenti di expedia. Alla fine ho preferito pagare per non rovinarmi le vacanze ma ritengo che da parte del villaggio o di expedia avrei apprezzato maggiore trasparenza. Ne terrò conto per la mia prossima vacanza.

Ottimo villaggio ideale per famiglie con bimbi

I residence sono molto carini e puliti, ogni giorno ti cambiano gli asciugamani, ti rifanno il letto e puliscono tutto l'appartamento come fosse un hotel. Il ristorante è a 5 stelle, ottimo per €.25,00 a pasto si ha una grande selezione di primi, secondi, contorni, antipasti a buffet e come dessert sempre un'ottima torta. L'animazione più che ottima, dei giovani ragazzi che nonostante il brutto tempo intrattengono i tuoi bimbi e pure noi adulti con dei giochi e degli spettacolini molto divertenti. Sono molto soddisfatta e penso che ci ritorneremo presto, magari per una settimana intera visto che siamo stati solo un weekend.

Da vi ankom hotellet mente hotellsjefen at de ikke hadde ledige rom, dette til tross for at vi hadde bestilt og forhåndsbetalt flere måneder i forveien, samt ring på morgenen for å varsle at vi ville komme sent om kvelden. Hotellsjefen var svært lite serviceinnstilt og ville flytte oss over til et annet hotell, som lå over 1 km unna, ikke hadde svømmebasseng eller var samme standard. Da vi ankom det andre hotellet, hadde hotellsjefen tydeligvis klart å oppdrive en ledig leilighet som erstatning for de to rommene vi skulle hatt. Alt styret tok så masse tid at vi ikke fikk spist middag. Det toppet seg da vi ble bedt om å betale for leiligheten, resepsjonisten hadde tydeligvis ikke fått med seg at vi hadde forhåndsbetalt. Elendig service rett og slett.

Villaggio Bravo Baia dei Pini - excellent !

Initialement, nous avions réservé une promotion de dernière minute dans ce village de vacances à Orosei. En réponse à notre demande de spécification du séjour (emplacement calme, demi-pension) formulée par mon épouse italienne, le responsable webmarketing du groupe d'hôtels propriétaire,, nous a proposé d'échanger notre séjour Club Villaggio Bravo Baia dei Pini à Budoni au même prix avec pension complète alors que cet hôtel est de catégorie supérieure. Bien nous a pris d'accepter cette proposition, ce fut un magnifique séjour dans village club en tout point remarquable, qualité de l'hôtellerie irréprochable, excellente restauration italienne et sarde, personnel dévoué et très accueillant, plage de sable blanc avec pente douce d'une longueur de 3km, animation dynamique avec des pièces de théâtre comiques revisitant les classiques capucetto rosso et Pinocchio. Le Club Villaggio Bravo Baia dei Pini à Budoni mérite la mention excellente. Le village chouchoute les familles, surout avec enfants en bas âges. Nous ne pouvons pas nous prononcer sur Villaggio Alba Dorata.
