Clean room. Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Starbucks was open. Many shops, stores and restaurants nearby. Great Asian takeout located in the Florida Mall. Ample parking.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The property is not well maintained. The rain gutters are coming off the building and it causes floods of water by the elevator. Also we saw cockroaches by the elevator. My son had one in his room. When we booked we thought it was just a resort to stay at while our family spent time at Disney World. Turned out they trick you into booking a tour to sell you a timeshare. Then at check out they charge you an un-disclosed resort fee. My advice to anyone booking is to read the fine print. I will say it was not expensive given its location. The location is really nice. My Grandkids loved the waterpark.

Nothing unique about the property. The breakfast options were few. The room was clean. The phone did not work in Room 109 There was no hair dryer in the room. The staff did provide one after an inquiry. The sink was slow on draining requiring cleaning. The price was competitive. The shuttle service should be clarified.
