“I come here regularly and find that the standard is consistently good. The refurbished bedrooms have been done well. This is one of the best three star hotels. The reception is however five star in its treatment of guests.”

Toilet seat was broken and the room was very hot as it was on the 3rd floor and my room also smelt of fish as the kitchen was below my room! Breakfast was nice! Won’t stay there again as the room isn’t worth the money and there isn’t enough parking for the hotel guests so I had to pay extra for parking!”

“The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again.”
