Lovely stay! I would highly recommend staying here. Orleans was a great stop and this was the most perfectly located hotel close to all the shops, restaurants, river etc. It was so lovely to be across the street from the river. I would definitely stay here again. thank you@

Great location. Best point of the hotel is the bedding really outstanding , rooms are comfortable, Julia at the front desk is really nice and welcoming. I definitely don t give 5 stars because of the WiFi not working and the water pressure is really weak .. you cannot enjoy a good relaxing shower after a good day

Situated on the banks of the Loire and on the edge of the old town, the hotel is well located. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Modern decor but quite drab and the poor lighting made the room quite dark.

I originally booked this hotel because it looked a little nicer than other hotels in the Orleans, and I needed to make sure it had an elevator as my mom was traveling with us. The hotel was nice and extremely welcoming, and very well situated within walking distance of shops, restos and sites to see. The staff that was there during our 3 night stay was very helpful, pleasant and did it with a smile. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and fabulous breakfast buffet make this place well worth a visit. There is a small spa in the cellar that is complimentary for guests. One word of caution: the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling, so if you are sharing with someone you don’t know very well, it could be a challenge.
The wall between the bedroom and bathroom is not a full wall.

The initial experience of the Hotel, was positive, however when we were extracted from the Spa, because a mistake had been made with the booking that we did the day before, it was not very good at all. Excuses and changes to the story were inconsistent so poorly handled.
