First time staying at Villatel Resorts and it was WONDERFUL!!! The property is beautiful and just like the pictures advertise!!! Only had one small mishap with the toilet handle in one of the guests rooms…but that’s nothing compared to the AMAZING time we had while on the property!!!! Definitely coming back in the near future.

The property was so beautiful and convenient to me and my family. Very clean and stocked. Close to every theme park we went too. We will be staying again for our next vacation. Was able to add pool heater during my stay and the tech was at our door less than 10 mins.

Loved the privacy of this property. Easy in and out access without jeopardizing any safety concerns. Loved that you can order delivery from DoorDash or uber from neighboring stores with ease. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the outdoor space and private heated pool! Would absolutely return to this property!

The table for the living room is broken. In the kid room, I saw a popsicle on the bed as soon as we walked in. The fridge needed the filter replaced, and i asked if it could get done, they never came by.

We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly property! The home is beautifully modern, brand new, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. For our infant, there was a pack and play as well as a baby high chair, which made things so much easier. The older kids had an absolute blast — the kids’ room was a hit with themed bunk beds, a PlayStation, a slide, and even an arcade machine filled with tons of games to choose from. Outside, the fun continued with a swimming pool and a mini golf course in the backyard — perfect for keeping everyone entertained. Check-in was super easy, and check-out was even easier. The only minor downside was the slow internet, but in a way, it was a blessing — it encouraged the kids to be more active and engaged rather than glued to their screens. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back!

The Villa we stayed in was beautiful! The pool area very clean, extremely crowded. Lots of lifeguards, safe for children. Extreme limited food and bar was so disappointing. Almost shouldn’t be listed as a bar. They had no wine and cannot make/mix drinks. Food very limited and too expensive!

It was honestly a great time and a great place to stay. I don’t book these type of things often because I work so much. But I chose this place to celebrate and it was great. The amenities make up for any price you think is expensive. It’s not expensive. Work harder in life and make more money. You’ll get to experience these things with your family. Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship. Without commitment, you’ll never start. Without consistency you’ll never finish. I’ve had a couple of drinks but I’m in my right mind. On BD.

Stay was amazing & easy. We were able pay to have our pool heated due to it being February which was so nice. You can walk to restaurants if you choose to. The home itself was immaculate & every amenity you could think of. Will definitely rebook.
