- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel has a great location. Is it a short walk to Disney Springs. However, there is no lighting in the parking lot and the side of the hotel so walking can be dangerous- you have to walk through the side of the parking lot where people come in and it is hard for drivers to see people walking. The parking is far from the rooms, they have another parking lot but it is for valet, which they werent doing, so it was empty and you had to walk. The lobby is also a far walk and they werent doing housekeeping so we had to walk to the lobby and lugg around towels when we needed more The rooms are low quality, comparable to a days inn or motel. Our door broke and we came back from a long day at the parks and couldn't get into our room. We had to walk to the lobby to get new keys twice before they finally called maintenance, who we had to wait for to fix the door. He ended up not being able to get in so he had us wait in the lobby while he stuck something up the door to break it open and then reset it. The pool was not open when the hours stated, and guests had to walk to the lobby to ask someone to open it, then when someone came, they had the wrong key, and had to go back to figure out who had the pool key. There were police cars at the hotel everyday, which made us wonder if something was going on. There was lots of construction going on, lots of closed amenities and they still charged extra for them.
