Not many restaurants nearby, but grocery stores are pretty close, and the room had a kitchen, so it was good. We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room, so the kitchen was low for a tall person, but the roll-in shower was huge!

Ideal Answer to Anyone’s Needs

Room was very comfortable, came with full size refrigerator and a glass stovetop with 2 burners. It had a large bathroom with a full size bathtub. I was totally amazed when I was supplied with extremely hot water and strong water pressure. That truly hard to find in hotels today. As for the staff, there business mannerism and kindness made it even more enjoyable. I definitely will be a returning customer along with others that I refer there. Way to go!

Hurricane Milton

We had to get out of Tampa due to Hurricane Milton. Angela was able to combine our 2 reservations so we didn’t need to switch rooms. Malik was able to fix our a/c in short order which was great with the hurricane coming.

My room was roach infested, where I treated room myself. Room hasn’t been detailed due to all spider webs. This place is not for tourists it’s for the locals, no hangers to hang clothes a lot of loitering from people who weren’t guests at the hotel. I was given a dirty iron and board to use very unacceptable, so I purchased my own iron to use for the duration of my trip. Ms. S at the front desk made every effort to accommodate me from check in to out. Ms. S was very professional and assertive when handling my concerns. Note: I use Ms.S due to the unique name she has.

Unsavory people in and out of the property, that is including the staff ! There were 2 cockroaches in the room , I took a picture of one. Elevator, common areas un clean ! Hey , but the pictures on line look good ! Shame on hotels.com for not caring about this !

Good enough, better than many.

Our stay was for six weeks. We purchased a Swiffer and a Dust Buster to keep the place clean. The room was in good shape with the exception of the floor, which we mopped and cleaned several times weekly. We reported the non-working light above the stove the day we arrived. It was never replaced. We supplemented the furniture with a card table and chair, giving us a place to eat. We also purchased a toaster, coffee maker, cooking, and eating utensils at a nearby Goodwill. With the additions we made, the room/efficiency served our purposes. For the price, we would highly recommend this motel as an extended stay.
