I managed to snag a last-minute room at this hotel on a bustling Saturday, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The front desk guy was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and to top it off, they graciously upgraded us because our original room was undergoing renovations—talk about a winning deal! We were upgraded to from a 1-1 to a 2-2 for no additional charge. The room was clean, fully updated, and had the basic needs for an equipped kitchen. The grounds are quiet and nicely maintained. There are 2 pools and 2 spas. There is ping pong, a pool table, yard games, mini golf and more. I decided to extend our stay. I originally booked through Expedia, so I reached out to them for the booking then informed the front desk I would be staying 2 extra nights. He made sure we could stay in the same room so we didn't have to move all of our things. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a small issue with the washing machine (yes the rooms have a washer and dryer too!) and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes after I called to fix it. Seaworld is a 7 minute drive and Disney/Universal are about 20 minutes away. Overall we had a nice relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again!
