A beautiful, clean, and spacious hotel room. A slightly elevated experience from the Swan. Although there were families at the Reserve, the hotel feels much more adult in theme. Great customer service and easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Maybe expected a little more high end considering the cost and that this is the newest addition to WD resorts. Generally liked the location and convenience to the parks. Pool was okay. Little to nothing for kids/toddlers. That was a little disappointing

Absolutely amazing property & highly recommend. Great customer service, super sweet & knowledgeable. Literally one of the cleanest properties and location is top tier. Walking distance to disney boardwalk & free transportation to the parks & Disney springs. Great restaurants on property! Absolutely will be back

I love this place. So clean and neat. Facilities are so in hand. A bit farther than dolphin and swan to use water taxies, but just a few steps away. I enjoyed stay so much and the view was fantastic. Highly recommend, I stayed with my kid.
