We had a great stay in the 3 bedroom townhome. It was clean, easy to locate and well stocked. The pools, lazy river and slide were great. I liked that the pool staff warned us when threatening weather was coming our way and to exit the pool area. The gym had basic equipment but was clean and easy to access.

Check in and out was super fast. The facilities are well maintained. Really enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub area. The condo was large with plenty of room. Furniture was a bit older but clean . New appliances and flooring in the unit made it nice.

The house wasn’t that bad but was out-dated and had Moody old bread in the cabinet. Other than that the pool was great my kids really enjoyed it. Also the staff was helpful. Overall not a bad place & FYI everything is 45 mins to a 1 hour away from everything .

Nice vacation rental unit. Very large. My only complaint is the back yard slider was screwd shut and I wish they would have put the master bedroom on bottom floor. Otherwise it's a decent rental for a family.

Honestly we have put this place on our list of prefered places for when we are in the Orlando area. For the price I don't think you could do better. If you have a family it is probably one of the most affordable places we have stayed.

This resort was beautiful! The pool area was amazing! Very large and lots of places to lounge. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk from our condo to the pool area was about 10 minuties, though you could drive and park at the pool if you wanted.

Absolutely would return here for a future vacation. My family loved our time at Regal Palms. The facility is great and the staff was helpful. I booked a 3 bedroom place for my family and ended up with a 4 bedroom place. I just have a couple of small complaints, 1, we were about as far away from the pool facility as you could possibly be, next time I'm here I'd ask for something a little closer. 2 the washing machine in our place did not work.

The room was bigger than expected, the whole property was nice. A little run down but there is no way we could have gotten the same amenities for that price anywhere else! My only complaint was ants in the kitchen. I didn’t bother maintenance, just handled it ourselves. Everyone was friendly and my kids loved the arcade & indoor play area. It was very cold on our trip so we were sad that we didn’t get to use the pool.
