Great stopover for one night, we hit the universal parks using the fast pass benefits you get from staying at the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and comfy and the boat service to/from the parks was great. Would recommend.

We rented the room with 2 Queen beds that fits 5 people. The room was big, spacious and very clean. We all loved it. The only thing we noticed was that there was no fridge, so we had to end up throwing away the meat that we bought for wraps and sandwiches to take to the park with us. Also, there was no exhaustion fan in the bathroom, which was an inconvenience. The restaurant with the buffet optional menu was fantastic! We all loved our stay very much.
