I had an excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring downtown Orlando. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious. And the lighting was plenty. The best part was there was no light coming in from the hallway. The room was plenty dark to sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very courteous and accommodating to our needs. They have valet parking. Although we had to pay for it. But it's worth it for the peace of mind. We would definitely stay here again. Great job team.

The first room we were in the heater/AC was not working properly, but they moved us to a new room and it was perfect (and a better view). The Hotel was convenient to go the Dr. Phillips Center (concert hall) very walkable. Breakfast was fair at best and the service was SLOW. Never brought my toast (forgot to ask again). I thought it was included in my room and then it wasn't.Expensive. Had I known we would have gone elsewhere to eat. Had to valet park which is normal for Orlando but another added expense.
