Front Desk Staff is the best, congrats! Flamingo Bar & Restaurant staff the worst, rude and incompetent. Hotel facilities are great, however the amenities are mediocre, including the breakfast, neither was able to take the shuttle to the park because it was not available very quickly. I would consider to stay again, price was reasonably fair.

Overall, the hotel and surrounding area are safe, quiet, and accessible to the parks. The room itself was extremely spacious and comfortable; however, we did have to clean the bathroom sink as there was quite a bit of grime that was not cleaned properly. The staff were respectful - especially Carlos. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was complimentary; however, we decided against it and went to a great breakfast spot literally across the street. Food was fresh and more options.

Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of space and good food. Pool was big and plenty of chairs. I t little cool for me but we were there late in the evening after long Disney days. Staff were very kind and wonderfully helpful. Rooms were the normal room. Could use more options in transport to airport and Disney parks.

The first room they assigned us to had a strong odor probably from someone smoking in it so we requested to be changed to another room and they accommodated us without issues. Only stayed one night, so did not utilize amenities beyond the room and breakfast. Room clean and Carlos very friendly at check in. Breakfast was mediocre- scrambled eggs rubbery, waffles cold, sausage seemed half cooked. Plenty of other things to choose from. Shower dispenser broken and fell when used, and drain plug came out when pulled up- both things should have been caught when room serviced. Pay to park on an open, unguarded lot seems excessive. Would stay again if got future deals.
