Overall the suites are very clean, spacious & nice. I had no wifi connection my whole stay and staff did not seem to care I was not able to work from my suite. There was also no shower head…. The site specifies high speed WiFi 😂

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, and bathroom. The hotel has recently been renovated inside and out, and it shows. The pool was also kept very well. This is a place where people also reside for extended periods of time. I found the community of residents to be friendly and approachable. I think this is a great value stay for the price, especially being so close to all of the Orlando attractions. Check in process was a little awkward. Don’t arrive 15 minutes before check in, or you will wait until 3:00 pm on the dot. Fair warning!

The location is not that far for people who want to go to Disney World or Universal Studios and the room overall is prepared well and the air conditioning plays a big factor.

My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. Florida is known for bugs of many sorts and glad to report had no issues, and they take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. I now snow bird and will be back again without a second thought!!

Guys” please book here for any type of vacation stay! Not only is the place so clean and beautiful is a reasonable price stay. But most of all is the best professional treatment I had out of hotels stay I stayed before” The owner walk us to our room in my first day help me and my daughter with our bags, was very kind and in any situation he was there to answer our questions and problems. I met friends as well in just 4 days bc the place is friendly and blessed “ The place feels like home with plates in the room stove to cook and etc…. The pool is relaxing and the rides and restaurants are near as well. Please ones again book here I had the best time of my life I fell like home thank you everyone from Irno.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was big and nice I stayed there for seven nights and they only gave me two towels for three people when I asked for towels. They said that they’d bring them and I also asked for my room to be cleaned but they fail to do so I did not get any new towels so I have the same two towels for seven days for three people I did give the benefit of doubt and went back in. Ask them for towels. They told me they couldn’t give them to me. They had to send someone to my room, but I would get them tonight, but they did not do so. My room was not clean for seven days even when I asked for room service several times definitely would not recommend staying if you’re staying for a long time and you like your room cleaned also the blanket they give you was paper thin

Super clean- went with my family was enough space - was close to pretty much everything also right next to world food truck, old town , fun spot - literally 4 min away Seaworld was about 16min Lego land - 40 min Disney - about 20 min Pool was clean , stay was nice - quite no issue what so ever

My brother left his AirPods behind no one contacted him about an item being left behind he was tracking the item and it was moving. Room service obviously found items we called the office for an update on if an item was found no answer. Then they told us that we will not be able to recover our items unless we pick up. Mind you we’re back in Sacramento. I’ve left my car keys behind on accident and were sent to at a previous hotel. What’s the issue? I offered to pay for shipping or send them a shipping label.
