This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk when we arrived was awesome! They even provided my granddaughter with a slice of cake for her birthday along with a rose strawberry and a couple slices of strawberry. The food is slightly on the pricey side but it was good. The bad would be on the parents that were lived on their phones and/or computers, ignoring their children in/or around the pools & spas. These kids left trash and towels all over with no consequences.

We loved it they even had Starbucks in the lobby and a bar, also a pool outside, it was just perfect. Peace and quiet. Hopefully next year we will booked the hotel again and hopefully next time they will fix the elevator they were out of service since we stayed there.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were very nice and accommodating. However, we were given a room with a broken AC and it was awful. The AC circuit breaker kept cutting off and finally we had to move rooms at 2am. I had to be up early in the morning for a gym competition, so needless to say I slept horribly.

I booked a last minute stay here and it was excellent. All staff that I spoke with were kind and extremely helpful. The pool hours are long and I was able to utilize it in the early morning prior to it being busy, which was really enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a great property to stay at. It's comfortable and roomy and the amenities are amazing. It was a little difficult to find my way around but got the hang of it pretty quickly. The pools are amazing and the bar staff wonderful.

Amazing Hotel !! Very clean, staff is very helpful, shuttle service is available for disney/universal park, we got a 25$ credit/day just for booking with them, credit can be use at the restaurant or the starbucks coffee, which was nice. The only small negative was that a few elevator were not working so we had to take the stairs or a further escalator. Overall, iā€™d come back here anytime :)

The room was clean, but you can tell it was a dated property that was just acquired. Elevator buttons are missing/broken and paint and lighting are not up to par with the Marriott standard. Staff was very nice and cleaned the room thoroughly. Outdoor pool and bar were nice and lobby is fully renovated, welcoming and includes a Starbucks.

The place was nice, i just think some of the rooms or the bathrooms inside the hotel rooms we booked can be upgraded, and the breakfast option can be better than the given $25/room/day. But overall it was a great place to stay at. The restaurant and the pool area they had were the highlight of our stay there. Very friendly staff and the food are priced reasonably and amazingly delicious. The distance to disney is also one of the best especially after a day full of walking and waiting, we drive about 15 mins and weā€™re back to the hotel. Definitely worth the stay.
