This is good for an economical stay at a good location on IDrive. The breakfast is continental, cereal, fruit, bagels, grab and go style, with a waffle maker as the only hot food choice. Coffee is decent. We encountered an issue upon looking over our room, but Alex the manager, and Jackie at the front desk, immediately acknowledged and resolved it. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

Rick was so kind and very professional. He even helped me with continued bookings I originally made through third party apps when I had to extend a number of times also to get me into the same room when possible. Him and the rest of the staff were some of the best I have personally encountered.

This is a quick weekend trip so I didn’t let it bother me much because we only use the room to sleep. The room was not cleaned properly or at all in my opinion. The towels were stained even after asking for new ones. Honestly we didn’t use them. The room floor was dirty and needed a good mopping. Breakfast also only had carb option, waffles, bagels, muffins. Plus was the location. Close to all the parks we visited, plus food and shopping options. But I would not stay here again.

The only real positives to this property are the proximity to Disney, the cheap price (compared to others), and thats about it; Barely passable with cleanliness. There weren't any bugs in the room and the bathroom/bed seemed okay. However, the bathroom towels and sheets were mildly stained; Not once were we offered new towels, during our three night stay and the room also wasn't cleaned a single time, despite us being at the Disney parks for the entire trip. Also, the breakfast sucks; Don't expect anything other than white bread, milk, cereals, small muffins and a waffle making station, as well as juice. The staff seem indifferent to everyone and the customer service is lacking. I wouldn't bother at all with this place, unless all you want is a halfway decent bed to sleep in, for cheap. That really is all this place has going for it; We won't be back.

Staff was very nice we came late on Friday night they were very nice and welcoming however bathroom floor was dirty the bed sheets were stained . Smelled like mildew luckily I always come prepared with blankets and Lysol and fabric spray room spray for my allergies etc breakfast was okay no protein but my kids wash waffles Overall not a terrible we go to sleep we don’t spent time in hotel . We use to take quick showers and leave out the parks . I have stayed in way better for the same price often.

I liked the location. I didn’t like everything else! The building has been somewhat remodeled but still old. The hallways are falling apart and the elevator looks sketchy. I didn’t use the pool afraid that it could be drug use in there, or people doing things that they shouldn’t be doing. But that’s not the worse, the worse was someone SMOKING POT and stinking the whole hallway of the building! Disgusting! I told the front desk but they didn’t do anything about it. And my room was not cleaned, so I came back from the parks after midnight just to find the beds unmade and the trash not taken out, so I went down to the office and got clean linen to do it myself. I went to bed after 2pm bc after cleaning I needed a shower . Woke tired the next to check out and drive 03:30 hours back home. If the beds were made I would have gotten more sleep and have a safer travel. My husband drove and I took a nap.

The first room I received at check-in looked and smelled bad. After speaking with the front desk, the employee gave me another room that looked cleaner and didn’t smell, but the linens and towels were dark and stained. The guy told me that they change the linen every day, I don't know.The worst part was the pillows — they had a very musty smell, as if they had never been cleaned. We could smell old sweat left behind by previous guests. Thank God I always carry my own pillow, blankets, and towels, so I felt a little better about the situation. On top of that, the sink was clogged. I informed the front desk, even though they said they will come to fix it, no one ever came. The only good thing I can say is that the man at the front desk the night I checked in was friendly and attentive. I have ever stayed in a hotel like that, no even in foreign countries.
