This place is cute and charming without being fussy, and they take great care in keeping the place really clean. Great staff and great location - walking distance to Lake Eola and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place in an amazing area. Clean, has some character, and comfortable. My only comment would be that the wifi did not work in my room. I tried multiple devices and the reception was never good enough to function. The staff tried to help but were unable to. A little frustrating. Still, overall, an awesome stay.

This is wonderful hidden gem in orlando. Such a quaint little place. Location is perfect. Staff are wonderful. This is an old building so things are not as modern as some hotels but thats what I liked about it. Beautiful common areas. Balcony off your room. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. We stayed on a Friday night. The bar and restaurant downstairs was not an issue. Can't say enough great things about this place.

It’s an older inn. The location is great. The room I stayed in had a shared balcony with others but had curtains you would draw. The main complaints I had, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, it’s like it was too big for the door frame or something. And the mattress wasn’t that comfortable.

Parking good. Breakfast good. The rooms need a Reno. Hardly any electrical sockets, the ceiling patches with paper and light shades still nicotine coloured. This was probably a $14.99 hotel room a few years ago. And that's where it should stay

great location for visiting Lake Eola, an extremely cool Park with a side walk that goes around the entire lake with beautiful swans and an assortment of birds and people.
