We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were super clean and modern. The mattresses were SO comfortable! I was not expecting the kitchen to be stocked with dishes, etc. but it was. A very nice surprise! The pool area was updated and clean. The sitting areas outside were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean. The garbage was only taken out once on Monday which is also supposed to be out on Wednesday. The comforters were paper thin not the fluffy kind that you expect at a hotel. I stayed here 4 times and I think this will be the last regardless of the new renovations the hotel just made.

Everything about Sonesta was exactly the way I remembered from 4 years ago. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean. It was extremely quiet even during construction. Staff were friendly and had great customer service. My kids loved the pool. I loved that there was a toddler pool for my daughter so she did not feel left out. There is a laundry facility on site incase you don’t want to travel back home with dirty clothes. I love the convenience of this hotel whether you are going to Universal, Disney or SeaWorld everything is in close proximity. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well. I would highly recommend this location to a friend and I definitely will stay here again on my next Orlando vacation.

Everything was very good except: (1) There is no lift. There are several buildings each with three floors. Fortunately, we were given a ground floor room. So we had no problem with luggage. The stairs, all outside, are steep. (2) We had paid for “continental breakfast).” But it is very limited. You have to pay extra for cereal. If you have a kitchen- which is excellent- then you are better off making your own breakfast unless you are travelling only for a couple of days. It is a question of cost effectiveness.
