This place is an actual motel & needs to be labeled correctly. The office opens late & closes early. Door lock is terrible. Bathroom needs to be updated. Bed was uncomfortable. Refrigerator too small. Iron board had no cover (just wire/metal grill). No iron in room. Coffee maker was dirty. Towels & sheets not white.

Pricey mistake for a knock off

I booked this place thinking it was another hotel with a similar name and right on the same property! Club Sell VA is not this place and it was so disappointing ๐Ÿ˜ญ I don't know how it has any customers. It's very rundown, I will never stay here again not worth it at all. Only under an emergency. We should have just stayed home.

A nice hotel. Rooms are nice and big. Just make sure that if you want your room cleaned every day, youโ€™re gonna have to let them know because I actually had told them I wanted the room clean, but unfortunately, it was not done.

The staff is rude front desk and housekeeper. At night there is loud music and people walking around that you can heard inside your room. You wonโ€™t really rest because the outside noise is too loud. In the morning you will have the housekeeper knocking on door and waking you up at 8 or 9am when check out is at 11am. The room overall was ok I find 2 little roaches but everything else on the room was ok.
