Our interaction with staff at the hotel was excellent. We found them to be very polite and willing to help. The two bedroom suite that we had was perfect for our stay with a good amount of space. We had a couple of very minor critiques, including a very squeaky bed and a bathroom that could have been cleaned just a little bit more. However, those are not enough to deter us from booking there again, which I’ve already done. This resort hotel is well located and an excellent value.

This is our second stay at Blue Tree. My grandkids love it. Lots to do, great place to relax, and close to everything. The condos are comfy and have everything we need. They are always clean. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Parking is always convenient. Looking forward to our next stay. A few suggestions…about half the games in the gameroom were out of order and need to be repaired. TV’s could be updated.

The room was so old. The carpet was from the 1980s and smelled like vomit. The furniture was so old, the bed was the worst, lumpy bumpy and not supportive. There was bugs in sink and in bathroom. One good thing was a screened in patio. Needed to keep the door open to air out the smelly room. Grounds looked nice and maintained, I did not use any facilities.

The carpet wasn’t clean and was very stinky . However the sheets and towels were very clean . And the staff very nice . We would like to repeat the experience in future visits to Orlando because the hotel has a good lactation and is perfect for a family group. I hope next time the carpets are in better conditions .
