I highly recommend for everyone to stay here, we had such an awesome time here. We look forward of coming back again soon. We were only about 30 to 45 minutes from visiting my wife’s family and my family. There’s so much to do here at this resort from swimming to arcade, golf and so many activities in the area also close to universal studios, Walt Disney. I give this resort thumbs up big time. Thank you for the good memories.

It was close to a lot of restaurants. Close to the attractions in the area. So much to do at the resort itself. Only thing is you be to add USB ports. So bring your blocks to charge your phone. Either than that I would definitely go back.

Was not a good check in but by the 3rd room we moved to it was perfect after that . Pool was a quick walk with kids. Only issue was we were on 3rd floor with no elevator to bring our things up . But other then that staff was awesome and condo was perfect for our family of 5 . 2 adults and 3 kids under 9. Very roomy !

The room we were given had a dead cockroach and two live cockroaches in it. After calling the front desk to complain, I was told to wait for a callback because they were currently assisting another client, which we did not stand for. We demanded help, and were given a nicer room in a more newly renovated building on the property, which was greatly appreciated. Our stay was fine after that, all the pools and activities on the property were very nice and a lot of fun.

I was extremely disappointed with our two night stay. Dirty vent, couches were filthy. It was not a very clean place at the end. We basically spend three hours the first night and we could not sleep properly. The pullout bed was horrible. It was just unbelievable. The owner probably should really look into doing some renovation.

The property was nice and clean. I was surprised to see that the layout of the room was actually a two bedroom unit, great for a group or family traveling. Not your typical hotel room of less than 400 sq ft. Ana at the front desk was great who provided us with the detailed information we needed upon checking in at midnight. She was really nice and friendly. Highly recommend and will plan to stay here again.

The site is near all Disney and Universal Parks. A lot of restaurants around. The only thing at the appartment was the carpet, it was very dirty. Also a big cleaning will be necessary.

A/C didnt work properly in the unit. Set it to 67, come back and its almost 80 in the room. Check out time is early, 10 am. Traffic in the area sucks. Lots of construction and people not knowing how to NOT block the intersection makes it worse. Area otherwise is decent. Staff a little gruff, could be nicer but not bad.

Perfect!

Check in was very easy and fast. The room was perfect. We had everything we needed. We did ask for a couple extras which they gave us with no problems. Lots of res and stores within walking distance.
