Best part of the room was how clean and good smelling it was. There is a design flaw with the shower, though. Whoever remodeled made the shower door a glass rolling barn door. The problem is it doesn’t seal at all and gets water on the floor outside the shower. Wasn’t much of an issue though, I experienced five stars of service and hospitality. I would recommend Rosen Plaza Hotel to a friend!

The room I got was recently renovated but the shower door wouldn't stay closed and water constantly leaked whenever you would take a shower. The hot tub was colder than the pool was and you had to constantly go and ask staff to turn up the temperature. There was a convention going on and the staff constantly bothered the attendees trying to have fun even though they rarely bothered anyone. The in hotel cafe was fantastic and the staff there in the small food market area were always helpful and very kind. Would come back just for them.

I did not use any of the amenities. I do have to say that I was glad that they’re starting to remodel all of the rooms because they were pretty outdated and they were very nicely done good job keep it up and the price was good.
