This is a very convenient location to a few parks. Easily accessible to interstate and International Drive. Dining is plentiful both around the area and on site. Staff was great property is clean. Rooms are a little out dated and could use a little modernization. Overall a very nice stay.

The staff were accommodating. They made sure we have fresh towels everyday. Our room however, does not have toiletries provided. The fridge in the room was like a freezer that most of our drink got frozen. All in all we had a fair stay. I would consider staying again.

The hotel is very good—centrally located and close to many attractions. I would just suggest having someone there who speaks Spanish as well. Also, the room should be cleaned more frequently.

Check in and check out was an easy process. We arrived to the room and only one bed was fully made. We were so tired that we just made up the bed ourselves with the clean sheets we found. Hotel is good enough to spend one night as we did.

I had a great stay overall! Check-in was quick and easy. The only downside was that the $50 security deposit wasn’t mentioned ahead of time, so that was a bit of a surprise. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. A few pieces of furniture and the door could use some maintenance, as they weren’t functioning properly, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. The property is very kid- and family-friendly, with great areas for children and families to enjoy, which made the stay even better. Breakfast is available for an additional charge, although it can be included with your stay. The food was delicious, and the gift shop had a great selection. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

it was spacious, newly decorated. The staff edpecislly Renee at the travel desk, my Chi town girl, were very very helpful. Breakfast was Great! Loved the berries, yogurt and egg omelets, good coffer, prices fair for the competition. Would love to come back and spend a week or two. Loved the trolley and all the stops on I-drive.

The room smelled weird, and the check-in process took a very long time. The basic facilities needed maintenance. For instance, I never encountered a set of doors that actually closed. Families with young children seemed to enjoy the pool.
