The pool and hot tub are dirty. The breakfast is poor. No water pressure in the showers. Overall experience is mehh and dirty. The staff is nice. location is ok, many other hotels in this location. If I had to go back to the area I'd pick something else.

Room was upgraded and spacious. Also close to the elevator. The only reason it was not 5 stars was the hallways were very loud at night because parents were letting their children shout and run through the hallways. Very disrespectful.

1st room didn’t not have any hot water and also the pull out couch had all kinds of old food under neath the cushions. Room look like it hadn’t been used in a long while with the amount of dust that was collected on headboard and in the corners. I let front desk know that I couldn’t compromise not having hot water and she did replace my room.
