This is a wonderful resort. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were very friendly, courteous and helpful, and never hard to find. There were plenty of restaurants in the hotel, and the food was amazing. The pool area and grounds were pristine and the view from the upper floors is fabulous. I was able to watch the Disney fireworks from my balcony each night. The prices in the shops (ie for snacks or medicine) were a bit steep, but otherwise it was a great experience and highly recommended!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children and it was an amazing stay. It truly is a resort that makes you feel like you don’t even need to leave the property. The hibachi restaurant on site was excellent and staff was amazing. Housekeeping was wonderful. Our room was upgraded when we checked in. Transportation was provided to every Disney park so we didn’t have to worry about scheduling anything. I rented a stroller for Disney and it was dropped off and picked up in our hotel lobby. The pools and kiddie area are honestly a 10/10. I would 100% stay here again.

The property was well maintained it was clean the grounds was well manicured the pools were cleaned . My room was overlooking the pool that was a plus . This is my second time at this resort and I’ll go back again .

I quite literally could not describe a better stay. The property is expansive and had everything we needed. I was there for conference travel plus leisure and it meant all of our needs. The staff was engaged and attentive. The food, especially Siri, was delectable. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Great linens, very nice shower. No grime or dust to be found. I am looking forward to our next stay!
