Excellent experience from the moment we booked. We absolutely love our villa, and the kids' room was a huge hit! The waterpark was an absolute favorite. There were games and activities for kids - Bianca was very friendly and made us feel we were at home! We will definitely come back.

All of Villatel Orlando was wonderful. We felt so safe and looked after with the guarded gates. All of the property was gorgeous and manicured. This place was amazing ! The kids enjoyed the pool that was at the Villa and enjoyed the aqua bay even more. The food at aqua bay was really good as well. We will be returning !!

This was one of the coolest places we have stayed. An entire neighborhood of townhouses with so much room for less than staying on property at a resort. Made everything so easy. HUGE washer and dryer. Pool for each townhome. Seriously, if you are going to one of the parks then I think you have to check this out

We had a great time! Our townhome had a new smell and was very clean. The waterpark and pool area was clean and the lifeguards were personable. I would like to recommend that every lifeguard have an umbrella to shield the hot sun and a proper and safe chair to sit when needed. I would like to see the enforcement of a speed limit through the resort as there were too many cars speeding down the small streets putting families at risk. We will most def be staying with you again. We were very happy and comfortable.❤️
