Our family of 6 just checked out of Villatel Orlando, and we honestly wish we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and stress-free. The check-in process was simple, the villa was spotless, and the amenities were fantastic for both adults and kids. The property was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. Very nice resort, kids loved the waterpark and lazy river. The Grand Pool was nice to relax. The lone restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, breakfast especially. Nice basketball court and play area for kids to burn off energy. Jackson’s Jewel (the villa we stayed at) was very clean and beds are super comfortable. Ordered in grocery deliveries no problem. Very nice place to stay.

Overall, I had a great experience during my stay. The location was convenient, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, The only issues we encountered were that one of the bathrooms had plumbing problems during our stay, and the pool in the back of the villa was colder than expected. It would have been nice if the pool were kept warmer without requiring an additional fee. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. I would recommend this property to other travelers.

We loved our stay here. So convenient to rent a villa with resort amenities!! Property is fairly new so it is in good condition. Minor thing to note- kitchen includes non stick pots and pans that were pretty scraped up. We ended up buying a cheap pot and pan for our own use. Also, Parking is almost $40 a day! Otherwise it was great. Even had friends over for the day, we just paid for the additional car parking.
